I grew up in Dallas. Those of us in certain circles knew all about the famed Sportatorium and the storied Longhorn Ballroom. I pay my respects to the Sportatorium a few weeks before it was demolished and drive over to see the nearby Longhorn Ballroom which, also, has seen better days.
